FILLING SYSTEM

A compact pallet-loaded station for clean, controlled filling of FIBС jumbo bags from silos, feeders or process equipment. The bag neck is sealed to the filling head, with optional weighing, dust extraction and densification.

HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS

POSITION

Place the empty FIBC and pallet in the frame.

ATTACH

Connect all four loops to the support hooks.

CLAMP

Seal the bag neck to the filling spout

BULK FILL

Open the feeder for the primary fill stage.

DRIBBLE

Reduce feed rate near the target weight.

REMOVE

Unclamp and withdraw the filled pallet.

JUMBO BAG FILLING SYSTEM OPERATING CONCEPТ

An empty FIBC is positioned on its pallet, suspended by four loops and sealed to the filling head. Product enters under bulk and dribble control while displaced air is extracted; filling stops automatically at the selected target weight.

CONTROLLED OPERATING SEQUENCE

POSITION

Run bulk then dribble feed.

Stop, unclamp and withdraw.

Four loops and the filling neck are secured before feed starts.

Dust containment

The sealed neck and vent path capture displaced air during filling.

Two-stage feed

Bulk filling changes to dribble filling before the target weight.

Overfill protection

The upstream feeder closes when target or high level is reached.

Stable bag formation

Bag inflation, settling pauses or vibration improve densification.

Cleaning access

The filling head, seal, vent and contact parts remain accessible.

Catalogue screening basis: one pallet-loaded FIBC, manual loop and neck attachment, sealed filling head, upstream feed control and optional platform
weighing. Final design requires confirmed product, FIBC and filling-rate data.
