UNLOADING SYSTEM

A hoist-assisted station for safe positioning and controlled emptying of FIBC jumbo bags into downstream conveying, dosing, mixing or process equipment, with optional paddle flow assistance.

HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS

STAGE

Position the filled FIBC on its pallet.

ATTACH

Connect four loops to the lifting cross.

LIFT

Raise the bag using the electric hoist.

POSITION

Traverse and align above the hopper.

DOCK

Secure and open the discharge spout.

UNLOAD

Paddles assist controlled material flow.

MANUAL JUMBO BAG UNLOADER OPERATING CONCEPТ

The filled FIBC is rigged at pallet level, lifted and traversed over the receiving hopper. The discharge spout is secured before opening, while massage paddles restore product flow toward the controlled downstream outlet.

Upper/lower limits and overload protection prevent unsafe lifting.

Bag confirmation

Bag loops and lifting cross are inspected before every lift.

Docking protection

The spout remains closed until it is secured to the inlet collar.

Discharge confirmation

Downstream equipment readiness is interlocked before opening.

Flow assistance

Paddles operate only when the bag is correctly supported and docked.

Cleaning access

Hopper, docking collar and outlet are accessible for inspection.

STANDARD RANGE & PRELIMINARY SIZING

Catalogue screening basis: single FIBC handled by integral hoist and trolley, manual loop attachment and spout opening, with optional paddle massage. Final design requires confirmed bag geometry and certified lifting duty.
