MIXER

An intensive horizontal batch mixer for powders, granules and fibres. Wall-close plough tools create rapid three-dimensional circulation and a mechanically generated fluid bed. Tool geometry and controlled shaft speed support fast, repeatable blending.

HOW THE MIXER WORKS

CHARGE

Load major and minor ingredients through the top inlet.

CLOSE

Close the cover and prove guards and safety interlocks.

MIX

Plough tools lift and project the complete product bed.

FLUIDIZE

Particles exchange through radial, axial and circumferential paths.

VERIFY

Confirm the validated endpoint by time or sampling.

DISCHARGE

Open the central bottom outlet for rapid emptying

MECHANICALLY FLUIDIZED MIXING CONCЕРТ

Plough tools rotate close to the wall of a horizontal cylindrical drum. Their shape and arrangement lift product from the bed and generate simultaneous circumferential, radial and axial movement, keeping the complete batch in active circulation.

Run the plough shaft at validated speed and time.

Zero-speed proof and electrical isolation are required before opening the mixer.
