STORAGE GEOMETRY
Cylindrical shell with engineered cone, access cover, vent connection and structural supports.
INVENTORY MEASUREMENT
High, low and high-high level switches; optional load-cell based continuous mass indication.
FLOW PROMOTION
Bin activator, vibration, air pads or other flow aid selected from actual powder flow behaviour.
OUTLET AND TRANSFER
Isolation valve, suction bowl, rotary valve, screw feeder or gravity outlet to suit downstream duty.
AUTOMATION AND PROTECTION
Fillpermissive, high-high trip, outlet sequencing filter monitoring, earthing and PLC integration.
CONTROLLED STORAGE AND VACUUM DISCHARGE
The approved twin-silo concept controls filling, venting, inventory and product flow. During discharge, only the selected silo is enabled: its bin activator mobilizes the powder, the isolation valve opens, and the suction bowl feeds the common vacuum conveying line.

Choose one sião; keep the standby outlet isolated.

Start flow aid only under an approved discharge demand.

Open outlet and convey through the common suction line.

Fill protection
High-high level stops incoming product; vent filter readiness is a filling permissive.
Selected-path interlock
The duty silo valve and flow aid operate only when the downstream receiver and vacuum are ready.
Filter condition
Differential pressure or maintenance indication helps preserve venting capacity and containment.
Empty protection
Low-level or low-weight logic prevents extended empty conveying and supports changeover.
Structural safety
Maximum product, tare, accessory, dynamic and site loads are included in final support design.
Hygiene and access

Powder flow
Cohesion, wall friction, segregation, flooding, bridging and ratholing determine cone, outlet and flow aid.
Venting
Filter duty must cover displaced air plus any conveying-air return without overpressure or dust emission.
Storage quality
Residence time, moisture pickup, temperature, aeration and cleaning define protection and finish.
Transfer duty
Required rate, line size, lift, bends, receiver and vacuum source determine the suction arrangement.
Structure and site
Indoor/outdoor, access, wind, seismic, platform, maintenance and allowable floor loads are verified.
Safety and controls
Area classification, earthing, explosion protection, interlocks and safe isolation are application-specific.
